A birth and postpartum doula can play an important role in preparing for, giving birth, and bringing home your baby. A doula provides evidence based education while supporting you physically and emotionally. I don’t make decisions for you, rather I present the information necessary for you to make a decision that best fits your family. From inductions of labor, to breast or bottle feeding- my goal is for you to have all of the information you need to make the best choice for you and your baby.
